Coronation Street star Alan Halsall was flooded with the same messages full of praise and well wishes as he offered a fresh update after leaving the UK behind for a stunning sun-soaked location.

The actor took to social media towards the end of March and teased an ‘adventure’ was on the cards for him and his daughter Sienna, who he shares with ex and former Corrie co-star Lucy-Jo Hudson.

Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap, shared a smiling picture of them both as they sat in the car and put their hands into peace signs for the camera, Alan said: “Next Dad & daughter adventure pending [peace sign emoji]. Let’s go princess!”

Former Corrie co-star Brooke Vincent was quick to respond, hinting Alan hadn’t been quiet about what they were going to be up to as she commented on the post: “You’ve not mentioned it [crying laughing emoji].” Alan then replied with a crying laughing emoji.

The soap star then kicked off this week by sharing updates as he and Sienna headed to the airport and jumped on a plane out of the country.

Alongside a picture of their passports and plane tickets, he wrote on his Instagram Story: “Dad & daughter adventure pending…” He then shared a photo of Sienna looking out to the planes, with one from ‘Singapore Airlines’.

And the updates have continued. On Wednesday (April 2), he shared a picture of himself and Sienna as they sat on a swing together with sensational beach and sea views behind them.

“Just getting into the swing of Thailand life,” Alan captioned the post, adding a red heart emoji. And the comments quickly came flooding in.
