‘Dreamiest town in Cornwall’ has harbour, cobbled streets and historic woodlands
We’ve got plenty of gorgeous towns here in the South West – but Fowey is getting a lot of attention on social media as more and more people learn about the idyllic location in Cornwall.
The town is part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers stunning views combined with a picturesque setting. A recent TikTok video showed the town, which featured beautiful beaches, smart looking shops and cobbled roads. These streets are part of Fowey’s medieval layout and contribute to its unique character and appeal.
The video describes it as “one of the dreamiest towns in England” – let alone Cornwall itself! And it seems that many agreed, as hundreds watched the clip. Some also took the time to leave positive comments – with a few echoing that Fowey is absolutely “beautiful”.
