Elaine Crowley tells how she got glowing skin and incredible appearance after diet addition
Elaine Crowley has credited celery juice and her Dancing With The Stars training regime for feeling healthier and better in herself.
The Ireland AM presenter never thought she would be able to take to the dancefloor and exercise so aggressively after suffering slipped discs in her back in the past.
She said her skin is glowing and her waist and around under her bust have narrowed since taking up the juice and starting dancing.

Elaine told RSVP Live: “Celery juice is so rich in everything. People say it tastes disgusting, but stick with it for a week and your skin will start glowing.
“It’s in my diary of things to do and it is in my wellness journal.
“Psychologically and in my head it makes a difference. I’ve been doing it since April after the last time I went to Thailand.”
Elaine feels very fit and healthy after recovering from previous injuries.
She said: “It is good to be fit. Forget the gym and climbing mountains, do a bit of dancing instead. It is great craic.
“I will probably keep it up after the show ends, just for fitness. I have had a bad back for years.
“I did Operation Transformation in 2017 and I had two discs out then. It has taken me a long time to get into any shape to do this.
“You feel great after dancing and the happy hormones boost through your body. That is what it is all about.”
The Virgin Media favourite added: “I am using muscles I never thought I would. I haven’t weighed myself in ages, so I haven’t a clue what I weigh. My waist and around under my bust have narrowed.”
Elaine has fulfilled a New Years resolution without even realising.
She said: “Every year I say I am going to get fit. It just so happened that I started getting fit in December, so this is one year my resolution will actually come true.”
Elaine got some advice from an Ireland AM colleague after signing up to Dancing With The Stars.
She said: “Brooke Scullion did it in 2023 and she was presenting Ireland AM with me this morning.
“She was saying that it is really really intense. I know that now. I am in it now, so I might as well enjoy it.”
With training every day and a full-time job, Elaine joked that she has no time for anything else.

She said: “I have no life to speak of apart from dancing or work. I am feeling it this weekend because I was up early for Ireland AM on Friday.
“I took Saturday and today off this weekend because there were loads of rehearsals.
“Going forward I will be working my normal week, but I will be taking Sundays off, for the first three weeks anyway! [laughs]”
Elaine has really clicked with celebrity chef Kevin Dundon in the rehearsal room.
She said: “We are like the bold children in the back of the classroom. All of the professionals, the judges and everyone else look at us and go ‘Uh-oh’.
“Jack Woolley is in the back with us and Mickey Joe Harte is stirring up a bit of trouble as well. We are having a great laugh.”
Elaine has no idea who will lift the glitterball trophy and she hasn’t spotted an early favourite.
She said: “The Olympians are obviously really good. There are people who have improved a lot from week one too, so it is hard to tell.
“Jack Woolley is very athletic and he can do the splits up against the wall, which is pretty cool. Kayleigh Trappe is very good.”
Dancing With The Stars airs Sunday nights at 6.30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player
