Actor Ken Chan denies deceiving business partner

MANILA, Philippines — Actor Ken Chan finally broke his silence following the release of his warrant of arrest over a syndicated estafa complaint that was filed against him.

On Thursday evening, Chan released a statement on his Facebook and Instagram accounts to personally address “the circulating version of the case.”
