Vancouver fireworks: Videos, photos, playlist from night 2

Team Malaysia’s midweek fireworks display brought a spectacle to Vancouver’s sky as the Celebration of Light continued for its second of three nights.

Team Pyro Tact launched hundreds of fireworks over about 30 minutes in the Wednesday, July 24 event that brought thousands upon thousands of people to Vancouver’s shorelines, and anywhere else within sight of the show in the sky.

It was the second show of the week, with Team UK to follow this Saturday. Last Saturday, Team Portugal launched this year’s Celebration of Light with a dazzling show. 

The theme of Team Malaysia’s show was “Majestik in the Dark.”

The playlist included popular songs from the past decades as well as songs more often heard on ESPN than pop radio:
