Beyond Simone Biles and Sha’Carri Richardson, meet all the Texas Olympians headed to Paris

Texas has once again sent a strong contingent across the globe to compete in the Olympics, this time to Paris for the 2024 Games.

The Texas Longhorns lead the state’s universities with more than 30 current or former athletes competing, mostly in track and field. North Texas high schools are also represented, including Dallas Carter, Highland Park, Southlake, Mansfield and others.

Dozens of athletes with Texas connections will suit up for Team USA, while some will represent other countries. If we’ve missed someone, please let us know by emailing websports@dallasnews.com. To see our top 10 Texan athletes at the Olympics, click here.
