Chinese online travel service provider eLong.com has appointed Jiang Hao as its new chief executive officer.
The company also appointed Zhou Rong as chief strategy officer; and promoted vice president Gao Yan to senior vice president.
Meanwhile, Cui Guangfu, former chief executive officer of eLong will continue to serve the company as a consultant.
Jiang previously worked for Ctrip.com as senior vice president and CEO for its mobile business unit. Starting from 1999, he led the development of Ctrip's network technology platform and he was responsible for the company's mobile business since 2013.
Zhou, who also served Ctrip for many years, was previously responsible for internal audit and investment and acquisition. He was also vice president of Ctrip and executive vice president of SkySea Holding International, a luxury cruise company invested by Ctrip.
eLong.com began in the late 1990s as a Web portal devoted to all sort s of user information in China. But it was rebranded as an Internet travel booking engine in subsequent years.
