Chinese B2C e-commerce website 360buy.com has launched a new pick-up service along subway lines in Beijing, covering 20 stations on Line 5 and Line 10.
The new service is available in stations at Lishuiqiao, Datunludong, Beixinqiao, Dongsi, Tiantongyuanbei, Tiantongyuan, Chongwenmen, Anzhenmen, Shaoyaoju, Sanyuanqiao, Liangmaqiao, Nongzhanguan, Guomao, Haidianhuangzhuang, Mudanyuan, Liujiayao, and Zhangzizhonglu.
The company already has a courier service that will deliver the goods directly to e-commerce customers’ homes or offices, so this new service adds a new way for buyers to retrieve their goods.
According to 360buy.com, the business hours of these self-delivery sites is 07:00 to 21:30 in spring and summer, and 07:00 to 21:00 in autumn and winter. The sites are open seven days a week. The orders will be kept for three days for customers after the goods arrive at the pick-up sites. If customers do not come to get the goods in three days, the orders will be considered automatically cancelled.
360buy.com accepts payment in cash or via POS at the self-delivery sites. However, orders of luxury goods cannot be picked-up from these sites.
