Shanda Posts Annual Revenue Figures

Chinese Internet games company Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010.

For the fourth quarter, consolidated net revenues increased 11% quarter-over-quarter and increased 2% year-over-year to USD232.3 million.

Shanda Games’ revenues increased 5% quarter-over-quarter and decreased 14% year-over-year to USD174.0 million. Shanda Online’s revenues increased 5% quarter-over-quarter and decreased 9% year-over-year to USD40.5 million. Other revenues increased 29% quarter-over-quarter and increased 103% year-over-year to USD60.6 million.

For the full year 2011, consolidated net revenues were USD846.2 million, representing an increase of 7% from 2009.
