China’s Renren.com Launches Internet Recruitment Platform

Renren.com, the social networking site owned by Oak Pacific Interactive, has launched a beta test version of its new online recruitment platform named alpha, marking Oak Pacific Interactive’s entry into the Chinese online recruitment sector.

According to a report published by Renren.com, it will invite companies who indeed have demands for new employees to its website. This new platform aims to help more users find suitable jobs, provide free-of-charge and reliable recruitment information, while fully protecting the privacy of users.

Though Renren.com’s recruitment platform requires users to create a resume first, compared with traditional recruitment website, it provides more advantages to employees, because the registration files of users already have complete personal information and education background information.

So far, six enterprises, including Adobe, Aigo, and Nokia, have entered this platform.
